(Finance) – Olidata announces that a meeting of the Board of Directors took place today, during which the President Cristiano Rufini he resigned his own irrevocable resignation and with immediate effect and informed the Board that similar resignations will be forwarded at the same time to the competent corporate bodies of the other Group companies in which he held positions (in particular, sole director of Sfera Defense, president and CEO of I.Con and I.Con Real Estate, sole director of Biancone Automobili, president of the “Pagile” Business Network).
As of today, therefore, Cristiano Rufini no longer holds any officenor does it hold any management responsibility within the Olidata Group.
The resignation they follow to the notification dated 14 October 2024 of decree of the Rome Prosecutor’s Officewith which the search local and home, with simultaneous seizure, against some Public Officials and of certain companies, from which it was learned, among other things, that the President of Olidata is under investigation as part of an investigation into crimes against the Public Administration.
