In his ruling, the judge dismisses the accusations and the investigation on which the municipality is based is shaky on all sides. “That means a lot, I think I am an honest person,” Van Engelenburg says now. “You are accused of theft while you know it is patently untrue. The feeling that I would not have acted with integrity is not correct.”
