Swedish goal king Alexander Isak is heading for a big move.
Already this summer, the 25-year-old was being chased by several top clubs.
Now Barcelona has launched a plan to attract Isak.
Last season did Alexander Isak complete blockbuster in the Premier League and poured in goals for his Newcastle. The Swede surprisingly came in a fine third place in the English shooting league and scored an incredible 21 goals in 30 league matches.
Isak’s goal success
The 25-year-old wrote blue-yellow football history by becoming the Swede who scored the most PL goals in a season and he passed Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Already this summer, Isak was being chased after the great goal success, but Newcastle refused to sell.

Arsenal were interested, Chelsea were also there and Barcelona were also in on the act. At the time, there was speculation about a hefty price tag of a whopping 115 million pounds, just over 1.5 billion Swedish kronor.
Big club hunts
Now the move rumors have started again. Especially since Isak’s contract negotiations with Newcastle have been put on hold for the time being.

English newspaper The Sun reports that Barcelona have rekindled their interest again and Isak is one of the main candidates on the wish list. There are also names like Erling Haaland and Darwin Nunez over potential attacking signings.
Barça has superstar Haaland at the very top of the list, but there it will be difficult to get rid of one of the world’s best goalscorers. Therefore, Isak is mentioned as a much more reasonable alternative, according to English data.
