Plans include the construction of more student housing and housing for non-students. For example, a new student complex with 900 homes will be built in 2026, and there are plans for another 4,000 homes, some of which are intended for teachers, researchers and medical staff. The university wants to ensure that the neighborhood remains lively, even outside the “student season”.
