After almost five years of absence, Victoria’s Secret surprised the whole world by presenting an exceptional show. Several top models from the 90s have walked the runway for the lingerie brand, but two of them did it for the very first time!
Who wouldn’t dream of walking for Victoria’s Secret and being part of the team of models lucky enough to wear superb wings? This October 15, 2024, 52 top models had the chance to walk the catwalk for the famous lingerie brand. Among them, emblematic figures of the American label: Gigi Hadid, Taylor Hill, Candice Swanepoel, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, but also Tyra Banks. The former model stopped her career in 2005, but couldn’t pass up this opportunity!
This was also the case for Kate Moss and Carla Bruni, who returned to the podium especially for the occasion. The two most emblematic models of the 90s paraded for the first time for Victoria’s Secret, alongside singers Lisa from the group Blackpink, Tyla and Cher!
The fashion show was divided into 6 sections presenting different collections, all available on the lingerie brand’s website and on Amazon! The two former models walked the runway in black lace lingerie.
Kate Moss presented the first outfit from the “Atelier Victoria’s Secret” collection. She was dressed in a lace bodysuit for 90.93 euros, topped with a long black lace nightie with rose patterns for 170.55 euros, and a matching bathrobe for 204.67 euros. To complete her look, the 50-year-old wore a pair of black feather wings, a Victoria’s Secret trademark.
The ex-top model wasn’t the only one to parade for the brand for the first time. Her daughter, 22-year-old Lila Moss, also made her debut moments before her!
As for Carla Bruni, she paraded in a black lace balconette leotard with a rose pattern, available on the site at a price of 147.80 euros. She also had the chance to wear the famous angel wings. Heart-shaped, hers were adorned with black rhinestone fringes that matched her outfit and bustier.
Victoria’s Secret put on a truly inclusive fashion show, showcasing pieces for all sizes and ages! This is also the reason why the show was a real success.
