Cocky Hardeman from Woudenberg never thought she would go on strike. She has been working as a pharmacy assistant for 45 years, but nowadays she sees more and more colleagues leaving. Everything is becoming more expensive, but she does not see wages rising. “We are just above the McDonalds rate and no one can build a livelihood with that.”
