Speaking to Iranian state television, Muhsin Seyyidmusevi, District Governor of Shushtar district of Khuzestan province, stated that 1 person died and 4 people were injured in the fire at the oil refinery.
TANKER HIT THE GASOLINE TANK
Seyyidmusevi stated that, according to initial findings, the incident occurred as a result of one of the oil tankers hitting the gasoline tanks at the refinery.
TEAMS WERE SHIPPED TO THE REGION
On the other hand, it was noted that due to the size of the fire, the fire brigade in the district was insufficient to intervene, and reinforcement teams from the city of Ahvaz were sent to the region to intervene in the fire.
