Ilves, who experienced a slump loss in Turku on Sunday, piled up in his home trough, but TPS took the third semi-final Mikael Pyyhtiän with paint.

TPS won the match 3–2 and took the 2–1 lead in the match series.

Pyyhti, who finished the hat trick on Sunday, again became the solver. This time he succeeded in the overtime by running through the puck Marek Langhamerin between the legs to the finish. Wipes have been in top shape in the spring, having finished 19 goals in 26 matches, including regular season games.

– Very great robbery for TPS. At the end, they got to the level with fine paint and were a little more active during the overtime, Sport’s expert Topi Nättinen commented on the Hockey Tour.

Tappara, on the other hand, can secure her final place on Thursday in her home trough, as she clearly won KooKoo in Kouvola 5-1.

Tappara leads the match with 3-1 victories.

KooKoo again suffered a bigger setback than the defender Eero Teräväinen injured in the second set during Tappara’s 1-0 goal. Sharp crashed Joona Luodon in a passing situation, and collided towards the pole with the foot above. The sharp ankle twisted in a really nasty way, and KooKoo had to finish the match with five defenders.

Earlier in the Tappara series, KooKoo already lost its number one defender Petteri Nikkilän due to injury. Sam Lofquist has not played in the playoffs.

– At least KooKoo has very little hope in the defense. As a killer, I would take advantage of this even more by tiring them. Tired, stop the pace, always throw the puck off your back if you can’t get into the area. It may not show up in this game, but at some point that fatigue will come, Nättinen comments on the injury on the Hockey Tour.

First Finland, then Estonia

TPS started the match strongly, and got through twice. First Jack Rodewald slipped through in the middle, but the shot went wide. After that, Mikael Wiped from the ice bench, but the shot was also left in the pontoon.

During the final round, better places opened up for Ilves mainly due to direct attacks and superiority. Among other things Balazs Sebok got the most sober TPS guard Andrei Karejevin but the Russian guard was not surprising. Later Joonas Oden punched from the left side towards the goal, but the attempt was bouncing.

At the end of the batch, two top places were opened to Ilves by force. First Nicholas Babtiste was left alone in front of the goal, but Karejev got his head on it. A moment later, the engine of Ilves’ superiority Henrik Haapala had already passed Karejev, but the shot slipped out of the post.

In the second installment, Ilves took the lead when the puck bounced as the Tampere players overcame the TPS defense over the tray. Eemeli to Finland. However, TPS narrowed down 32 seconds later when Eemil Viron a line shot surprised Langhamer, who was left in the mask **. **

At the beginning of the closing round, TPS’s Rodewald was once again offered a great opportunity to take the lead in Turku. Juraj Slafkovksyn pass, but the Canadian shot past the goal.

Ilves took the lead with Babtiste’s goal when Henrik Haapala’s pass with the goal bounced off the Canadian’s skate. Again, the lynx didn’t wait long, for Johan Ivarsson leveled the scoreline at the end of the game just a minute and a half later.

Hat trick for Joona Luoto

In the match between KooKoo and Tappara, the people of Kouvola started strongly, because during the first seven minutes Nick Malikille there was no backlog.

Tappara improved as the game progressed. However, the best place in the batch was KooKoon To Joose Antosenwho was able to shoot over the door from a great place completely free. Christian Heljanko however, kept his goal clean.

From the second installment, the game was in Tappara’s possession. The people of Tampere took the lead when Luoto’s attempt to run through was not left in Malik’s equipment, and the puck flew to the finish via the fallen Teräväinen. KooKoon Toni Suuronen leveled just under two minutes later as his knuckles bounced off the Tappara racket between Heljango’s legs.

At the end of the second installment, Tappara took the lead when Veli-Matti Savinainen finished his sixth hit in the spring. Savinainen was able to shoot the puck to a half-empty finish when Anton Levtchin a throw-in stretched KooKoo square in a decisive way.

Fatigue was already in the ranks of KooKoo, who played with five defenders in the final round. This was a good period for the visitors, with several opportunities to take the lead, particularly when Luoto slipped through the defense on the right to come up alone against Tuoto, but the home side’s keeper showed his lightning reflexes.

Later transferred from the attacker’s plot to the pack Heikki Liedes in turn lost the duel Kyle Platzerille, who played Jukka Peltolan through. Peltola, 34, certainly lifted the puck from the knuckle to the top corner.

At that, KuotoKoo was noted down for a hat trick!
