Giresun Training and Research Hospital Gastroenterology Department Head Prof. Dr. Ahmet Cumhur Dülger, in his statement, emphasized that this disease has not been described before in the world and said, “For the first time in the world, we detected cirrhosis due to heart failure in a patient whose all organs were reversed in mirror image. The most important findings are shortness of breath, fluid collection in the abdomen and complaints of weakness.
When we look at the patient’s laboratory in general, we first make preliminary definitions. Then, in the descriptions, we also recognize the literature because there is a case where all the patient’s organs are displaced and we have not seen it. I wonder if there is such a patient while giving the treatment? How did other physicians approach it and what were their treatment realities? Because when we provide treatment, we not only take into account our own opinions but also the practices of other physicians. However, we saw that there was no such case.
