A person was stopped on Saturday a little more than a kilometer from presidential candidate Donald Trump’s campaign rally in Coachella in the state of California in the United States.
The man had a forged entry ticket and several different types of weapons on him. Police believe the man’s plans were to try to shoot Trump.
– We probably stopped another assassination attempt, Chad Bianco, sheriff of Riverside County told the New York Post.
The man was arrested but then released on bail on Saturday.
