THREE NEWS YOU CAN’T MISS TODAY
SpaceX, founded by Elon Musk, is now starting its fifth test flight of the “Starship” rocket.
The 121-meter-high and approximately 7.5-ton rocket is the world’s most powerful and will be launched at 2:25 p.m. Swedish time, reports New York Times.
The “Starship” consists of two parts: a booster and an upper section that can carry cargo or astronauts to orbit.
In the test, the launch tower’s mechanical arms, so-called “chopsticks”, will try to catch the rocket’s booster, which would be an important milestone for SpaceX’s goal of rapid reuse of rockets, future lunar missions and Mars expeditions.
