A person has been taken by ambulance to hospital after being hit on the E18 Norrtäljevägen in Vallentuna on Sunday night, according to the emergency services.
It is unclear how badly injured the person is.
Police have blocked the road in the north direction due to the accident, which occurred at the Söderhall intersection. Traffic is diverted via an alternative route from the Karby/Brottby interchange.
– We have taken several investigative measures and will continue to do so during the night, says police spokesperson Ola Söderling.
