A man in Hässleholm set up hidden cameras at his workplace and filmed thousands of toilet visits over several years. Now he is charged with suspected offensive photography of six women, reports SVT Skåne.

It was just over two years ago that a hidden camera mounted on a trash can was found at the workplace. It has since emerged that several people were surreptitiously filmed between the years 2020 and 2022. One woman was filmed more than 1,200 times.

The man has admitted that he filmed the colleagues and their toilet visits. In questioning, he has said that he set up a freshly charged camera in the toilet at the beginning of each work shift and dismantled the device when he finished each working day.

After the toilet camera was found, it also turned out that the man had set up hidden cameras in a changing room, reports SVT.

In connection with the house search, material showing child abuse was found on the man’s computer. He is therefore also charged with child pornography offences, but denies the charges.
