(Finance) – Propelleras part of the buyback program, announced that it had purchasedbetween September 19 and October 11, 2024, in the aggregate 43,000 treasury sharesat the volume-weighted average price of 1.73 euros per share, for an equivalent value of 74,562 euros.
Since the start of the program and following the purchases made so far, the company active in the kitchen hood market has purchased and holds in its portfolio a total of 1,665,498 ordinary shares, equal to 2.63% of the share capital, for a countervalue total amounting to 4,076,884 euros.
