(Finance) – As part of thepublic purchase and exchange offer (OPAS) promoted by Fnac Darty and Ruby Equity Investment on Unieuroa company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the distribution of consumer electronics and household appliances in Italy, it appears that today 11 October 2024, 117,251 membership requests were submitted.
Therefore, overall the requests for participation amount to 776,359, equal to 3.894% of the offer and equal to 3.892% of the possible maximum 19,944,793 shares subject to the offer in the event of the exercise of stock options.
The offer began on September 2, 2024 and will end on October 25, 2024.
Italian stock exchange recalls that Unieuro ordinary shares purchased on the market on 24 and 25 October 2024 cannot be tendered in acceptance of the offer.
