Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said this Friday, October 11, that he would like to see an end to the war with Russia in 2025, and therefore called from Berlin on Germany not to reduce its aid to kyiv as it had planned.
“Ukraine (…) wants a fair and rapid end to this war (…) I would like to see this no later than next year, 2025,” he said alongside the German chancellor Olaf Scholz, stressing that it is “very important for us that attendance does not drop next year”.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is in Berlin to meet Chancellor Olaf Scholz as part of a mini-European tour aimed at gaining more support for the Russian invasion and presenting his “victory plan”.
