This is what you need to know today: The new dungeon “Vesper’s Host” starts today at 7 p.m. German time. The latest trailer sets the mood for the new adventure, as Guardians will once again have to fight against a fallen man they know from the Deepstone Crypt raid.

However, before you can take part in the Day One race, Bungie has to maintain its servers for a short period of time so that they are running properly at the start.

Maintenance on October 11th – All times for server down

These times are important today: Bungie informs its players on x.com about the exact downtimes. It is planned that the servers will not be accessible for 45 minutes today.

This is what the maintenance schedule looks like:

  • Background maintenance starts on all platforms at 3:00 p.m.
  • At around 3:45 p.m. the servers go offline. Players are automatically kicked out of the game.
  • The shooter should be online again at 4:30 p.m. and you can log in again.
  • The maintenance will then continue in the background until 5:00 p.m.
    • This must be taken into account when dealing with downtimes: As long as the background maintenance is running, connection problems may occur in the game from time to time. In addition, queues can sometimes form when logging in because Bungie only releases access to the servers gradually in order to avoid problems caused by excessive server load. You may therefore have to wait longer until you are back in the game.

    Also keep in mind that third-party applications and the official Companion app may also not be accessible properly for a while, meaning you won’t be able to use them.

    The following problems are known: There are also many problems that players have to complain about in The Final Shape. Bungie has a few on the list, but it’s unknown which ones will be fixed (via bungie.net). However, the following bugs could be addressed:

  • Gunpowder Gambling prevents the Facet of Remediation healing effect from activating for Hunter Prism Focus.
  • Gunpowder gambling prevents the Hunter Prism Focus weapon perk “Adrenaline Junkie” from activating.
  • The IX shell can glow extremely bright with certain shaders.
  • The Abnormal Action pistol shows 0 range stat.
  • The Twin-Tailed Fox Exotic Rocket Launcher does not receive Elemental Weapon Surge armor mods.
