Leksand broke the losing streak – after the late decision

Leksand’s offensive has been questioned.

But in the rival meeting with Brynäs, several leading players stepped up.

Kalle Östman equalized at 1–1 with his first goal and then former top scorer and MVP Max Véronneau also scored his first goal when he made it 2–1.

Jakob Silfverberg did equalize to make it 2-2 and really had a taste for a decision where you sometimes parked in the offensive zone.

Decided after the expulsion

But with just over two minutes left, Victor Söderström sent a puck over Plexit and was punished with a second.

Something Leksand took advantage of when Peter Cehlarik made it 3-2 with less than a minute left to play.

The goal was also the last of the match and secured Leksand’s first victory after four consecutive defeats.
