The 22-year-old man, who was employed at a school, is sentenced to six years in prison, among other things, for child rape. Archive image. Photo: Johan Nilsson/TT
A 22-year-old former school employee in Blekinge is sentenced for six cases of rape against children, three cases of sexual abuse against children, several cases of exploitation of children for sexual posing and molestation of children – including in the school’s teacher’s room.
The penalty is imprisonment for six years.
The fact that the man has admitted what he was accused of and also filled in what the affected children have told about means that he can be sentenced for more crimes than if he had denied it and therefore he gets some relief from the sentence.
The fact that the man lost his job at the school also contributes to a lighter sentence, the court writes.
He is sentenced to pay more than SEK 1.2 million in damages to the vulnerable children.

After ten years abroad, Jonas Falk, 52, one of Sweden’s most notorious criminals, was back in Sweden. From the detention center in Kronoberg in Stockholm, he was on the link together with his defense lawyer Tobias Enochson when a custody hearing against him took place at Södertörn district court at lunchtime on Thursday.
Jonas Falk was detained on probable cause on suspicion of attempted aggravated extortion and aiding and abetting aggravated arson after having been detained in absentia.
Prosecutor Anna Stråth, who leads the investigation against Jonas Falk, demanded that Falk be detained for the same criminal classifications that had been against him previously. Jonas Falk and defense lawyer Tobias Enochson contested the detention and all claims. Jonas Falk denies the acts.

The teenage boy who was arrested after the murder of a man in Malmö early Monday morning has been requested to be detained. A detention hearing will be held at the Malmö district court later in the afternoon.
– There are good reasons for detaining him, but that must be decided by the court, says prosecutor Pär Andersson to TT.
The man, who was in his 50s, was hit by shots that went through a window into an apartment where the man’s family was also located.
The teenage boy has been requested to be detained for murder, aggravated weapons offense and violation of the Act on Explosive and Flammable Goods, Andersson states.
The police have previously stated that they cannot rule out that it was a mistaken shooting because they have not been able to find any threatening image against anyone who lives in the apartment.
The police are also investigating whether the teenage boy has been commissioned to carry out the murder on behalf of others.
Andersson does not want to comment on whether there are more suspects.
– I am not commenting on that at the moment, he says.
