Commenting on the Biden-Netanyahu meeting, White House Spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre noted that the meeting was “direct” and “productive”.
Stating that the meeting lasted about 30 minutes and not going into much detail, the US Spokesperson said, “Of course, they discussed many issues in the meeting between the President and the Israeli Prime Minister, we will make a written statement soon. We will continue to talk with Israel about how they will respond to Iran’s latest attack. ” he said.
Jean-Pierre also declined to comment on Bob Wodward’s book, which will be released in the US on October 15, which includes the claim that Biden used abusive language about Netanyahu behind closed doors.
