The asylum seekers who come to Utrecht from Zutphen would actually go to Ugchelen, according to the COA. There was an explosion during the night from Tuesday to Wednesday at a crisis emergency shelter that has yet to be opened. The municipality of Apeldoorn, which includes Ugchelen, has already announced that the shelter will continue to be used as usual. The COA spokesperson does not know whether the group from Zutphen will go there later.
