Another video made the rounds on media and social networks this weekend. It shows a Ukrainian soldier in his underwear in a field, also put to death by his executioners. This type of execution has increased this year, sparking outrage and shock here in Ukraine.

According to kyiv, at least 93 soldiers were executed in similar conditions, more than fifty investigations have already been opened to determine the circumstances of these murders, and identify the victims as well as the culprits in order to be able to bring the latter to justice.

In March 2024, the International Criminal Court issued two arrest warrants against Russian officers. Lieutenant Sergei Kobylach and Admiral Viktor Sokolov, commander of the Black Sea Fleet, are suspected of crimes against humanity and war crimes committed in Ukraine between October 2022 and March 2023.
