Russia’s ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov the season is coming to an end, reports news agency Reuters referring to Russian news agencies.
– The Russian ambassador to the United States, Anatoli Ivanovich Antonov, is finishing his duties in Washington and heading to Moscow, says the Russian Foreign Ministry, according to the Interfax news agency.
According to the Vedemosti newspaper, the envoy will return to Moscow within the next few hours. The newspaper did not elaborate on the matter.
Antonov served as Russia’s ambassador to the United States since 2017.
