Kivik’s musteri has several apple farms and the largest is in Fjelie outside Lund, and not in beautiful Österlen as you might think.

– Consumers need to demand more Swedish fruit. The stores do what the consumers want. If we succeed in explaining to consumers that they should buy Swedish – apples, pork or milk – then we have come a long way, said Jan Flemming Jensen.
