On October 12, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will participate in an international meeting in Ramstein, Germany, to discuss military aid to Ukraine.
“We will present a victory plan, clear, concrete steps for a just end to the war,” writes Zelensky on Telegram before the meeting.
Around 50 world leaders are expected to attend the meeting, including US President Joe Biden.
