The group – they call themselves Vox Machina – have been through thick and thin together. Has seen incredible things. But they are still waiting for their opportunity to be truly heroic. Let’s clear up the first misconception about the series. Yes, The Legend of Vox Machina is an animated series. But no, that means no My Little Pony rainbows. Here there is bleeding, the undead perish, and humans, elves, gnomes and everyone else are confronted with the harsh consequences of careless mistakes.
On the one hand, this results in great action, from superbly staged bar brawls to absolutely epic battles against huge monsters. On the other hand, this opens up a story that really gets to you again and again Hardness and emotional range. All of this looks simply fantastic, as they really let off steam in the medium of animation. But the heart of the series is its characters.
