Fallow deer moved into the cowshed in Skinnskatteberg – became part of the herd

Right now the heifers are on the summer pasture in Skinnskatteberg and the fallow deer seems to have settled into the group well. The heifers both eat and sleep together with their new group member. However, only a few weeks remain until the heifers will enter the barn and be forced to leave the fallow deer.

Next spring, Linda Wiborg will be on the lookout for visitors when she releases the heifers into the pasture again.

– It would be fun if it came back next summer. We’ll see, says farmer Linda Wiborg.
