Rosengård, represented by the Finnish duo, secured the Swedish championship on Friday. Käärijä’s familiar song played in the booth.

Anni Hartikainen and Ria Öling’s represented by Rosengård secured the Swedish football championship in their home match against Kristianstad on Friday night.

Rosengård won 2–1.

Öling played the full minutes in the midfield in the decisive match. Hartikainen entered the field as a substitute in the 90th minute.

The new Swedish champion celebrated his achievement wildly in the locker room. The Swedish broadcasting company SVT released a video of the dressing room party, where the players sing with dedication the Käärijä song from Eurovision, Cha Cha cha.

The pace of the new Swedish champion has been incredible this season, as the victory was already the 22nd in a row. This is also a record, as no team has won as many matches in a row in the Damallsvenskan since the start of the season.

Rosengård needed a win on Friday to secure the championship. The hero of the decisive game was Rebecca Knaakwho had two hits for his team.

– I am so happy and proud of this team. The way we have completed the whole season is absolutely incredible. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such good team spirit, Knaak said For the Swedish public broadcasting company SVT.

The championship is the 14th in Rosengård’s history. In the previous four years, the club has celebrated the championship of Sweden’s main league three times.
