PlusBus must stop volunteers and council members are looking for

Martin van Stralen has been driving the PlusBus regularly since 2005. “It started as a shopping service,” he says. “But later it became outings such as shopping and eating pancakes together.” About four hundred elderly people in Utrecht use the PlusBus every year. They register for a trip via a program booklet and then they are picked up and dropped off again at home. Until a letter arrived stating that there is no longer a budget.
