This is how Israel’s air defense works – from “Iron dome” to “Arrow”

Over the years, the term “Iron dome” has come to be used almost as a synonym for the Israeli air defense. But the fact is that the “Iron Dome”, as it is also called, is only one layer in a more complex protective net.

For more long-range threats – such as the robots launched from Iran – completely different systems are used instead.
