Leslie and Kevin case details of the investigation reveal the

Leslie and Kévin were killed in November 2022. Two years after the events, a reconstruction is organized returning to the violent scene which led to the death of the young couple.

Since this Wednesday evening, October 2, the authorities have organized a reconstruction in the village of Prahecq, in Deux-Sèvres, to better understand the circumstances of the deaths of Leslie and Kévin. On November 26, 2022, this young couple, aged around twenty, disappeared. They were uncontactable and untraceable for weeks. The couple had, in reality, been brutally killed. Their bodies were found four months later, a few dozen kilometers away in Puyravault, in Charente-Maritime.

Five people were subsequently arrested, including several relatives. Four of them were placed in pre-trial detention for “assassination, kidnapping and kidnapping”. The fifth accused of “concealment of a corpse and alteration of a crime scene” was released. For the reconstruction, they were brought back to the home where they are suspected of having organized the ambush against Leslie and Kévin.

That day, the two young people returned to the home of their friend Tom Trouillet, the main suspect. They were supposed to spend the night there. Tom would then have faked a call to a friend to go out, according to one of the hypotheses put forward by investigators. According to this version, which constitutes the priority line of work, the suspects could have set up this stratagem in order to bring in his accomplices who were waiting outside. According to the elements of the investigation, reported by The Parisianthe couple was then allegedly attacked with a machete and hammer. After the attack, Leslie and Kevin were allegedly locked in a trunk, unconscious. During a stop on the journey, the young woman reportedly received no less than thirty stab wounds. Blows which would be the cause of his death.

Who dealt the fatal blow?

The reconstruction replays this sordid scene and must above all make it possible to determine the organization of the five suspects. This includes knowing who delivered the fatal blow, with suspects constantly placing the blame on others. “Today, everyone has more or less admitted their participation in the facts. The objective now is to determine who carried out which blows with which weapons and who ultimately carried out the fatal blows,” explains Me Orane Quénot, lawyer for one of the indicted TF1.

Two motives are also considered: Kévin owed 30,000 euros to his friend following a drug trafficking case and/or a sentimental motive, Tom being described as in love with Leslie in the depositions of the case.
