Autumn is here and winter is fast approaching, but the weather changes are not the only thing that will affect the price of electricity in the future. Lower wind power production, shutdowns in nuclear power or rising gas prices can be factors that can affect electricity bills for the whole of Sweden.
The comparison service Elskling has analyzed how much the electricity prices for households may cost and whether variable or fixed electricity contracts are preferable.

“Uncertainty is greater than in a very long time”

At Elskling, they have now completed a forecast for how electricity prices may look from October 2024 to March 2025.
