Unfortunately, others are affected by a new recall published on September 27 on the government website Rappel Consommateurs. And it once again concerns the Stellantis group.

This time, several manufacturers from the Franco-Italian-American company are targeted. Peugeot, Opel, Fiat, Citroën, so many brands caught up for a problem linked to the steering of the vehicle. Rappel Conso explains that “a crack located inside the electric power steering motor of the steering rack can cause plastic parts to detach from the worm wheel. This can lead to steering lock, which increases the risk of accidents and injuries.” Which models are affected by this manufacturing defect?
