The new picture of William Poromaa

In a new photo series on Instagram, the long-distance star shows off her new dream body. He certainly hasn’t been on the lazy side this summer, but instead took the opportunity to build up his body with more muscle mass.

“Full roll in Livigno”, he writes somewhat modestly as text for the picture where he poses bare-chested.

Instead, it is his followers who have to stand for the big words about his well-trained upper body.

“Guy in shape”, writes the friend who is also the alpine star Walter Wallberg.
“Awesome Wille,” writes one person.
“Looks strong,” comments another.
“Now it’s starting to look like something, looking forward to winter,” writes a third.
“Yes, looks really strong, they have to watch out…”, observes a fourth.
“Torso”, writes the former alpine skier Hans Olssonwho is also the brother of the skier and entrepreneur Jon Olsson.

Suffered damage

Earlier in the summer, when the cross-country skiers’ pre-season started in earnest, William Poromaa suffered a nasty injury that kept him out of the national team’s training camp in Åre. While the rest of the gang gained altitude and ran around Åreskutan, he had to stay in Sundsvall and train on his own because of his knee.

– We chose that William would remain at home. This is a camp where we run a lot. Yes, it’s a so-called runner’s knee, and we think it has come after cycling training in the spring. The fact that he sat a little too low when cycling and thus put a load on the knee is a little wrong. It has been a bit messy with the knee ever since May – and at the end it got worse, said the national team Lars Ljungwho is also Poromaa’s personal trainer, to Expressen.

Despite the fact that Poromaa was forced to adapt his training to what his body could handle without pain, he has been able to hone his form enough that the abs are clearly visible. Instead, there has been a lot of cycling and roller skiing.

Good luck for the new season, William Poromaa. There are many who believe and hope in you.

Cheers cheers to all Swedish skiers! Now you snap the Norwegians on the nose.
