Maximilian Ibrahimovic, 18-year-old son of Swedish football star Zlatan Ibrahimovic, has been selected for the first time to play with the Swedish national team’s junior team, it was announced on Tuesday. The young center forward signed his first professional contract this summer with AC Milan where his father finished his career at the age of 41 in June 2023. He plays with the Italian club’s youth team. “He got off to an excellent start with the Primavera. It’s a good opportunity for us to see him in our environment,” commented the Swedish junior coach, Andreas Pettersson, to the daily Expressen. The Swedish junior team must play two matches against Japan and one against the United States in a few days in Spain. Zlatan became advisor to the owner of AC Milan in mid-December
