In the cups, various participants – including football professionals, content creators and e-athletes – compete against each other individually or with a partner. If you reach the final, you can win prize money of over €1,000.

Eligella Cup in EA FC 25: start, duration and dates
When does the Eligella Cup take place? Since FC 25, the Eligella Cup has been played on Sundays. The start time is given as 8:00 p.m. However, there can always be delays.
How long does a tournament last? The final of a tournament usually doesn’t take place until midnight. A tournament can sometimes last four or five hours. This also depends on any disruptions or connection interruptions during games and streams.
If you can’t stay awake that long, you can usually watch the highlights of the tournament again the next day on EliasN97’s YouTube channel.

The first edition of FC 25 took place on Sunday, September 29, 2024. A week later the second round starts. Then content creators will compete against each other again, but this time as teams.

What mode is the game played in? The Eligella Cup is based on the classic format of a World or European Football Championship. The tournament consists of a preliminary round and a knockout phase:

In EA FC 25 Ultimate Team you can now follow selected players on their way to the group stage as part of the RTTK event.
Who is taking part in the Eligella Cup? Participants are invited by EliasN97. A tournament usually has the main focus on a specific field of participants, which should be as balanced as possible.
So only professionals play against professionals and content creators against content creators.
How are the groups in the preliminary round divided? As a rule, the participants are divided into the respective groups one day before the start of the tournament by lottery. The results of this draw will be published on the official Elligella Cup Instagram account.
Which teams are the participants playing with? The game is played in Ultimate Team mode. The participants can put together the strongest team in FC 25 if they have enough coins to do so.
