Amazon’s streaming platform offers several new films and series for its subscribers in October. We take stock of what not to miss.
Prime Video offers several new features in October 2024, particularly for all series fans. In October 2024, subscribers to the platform streaming from Amazon will be able to discover the rest of the animated series The Legend of Vox Machina (October 3) but also the first season of the spin-off of Citadelcentered on the character of Diana Cavalieri, on October 10.
Fans of The office will also be able to discover a new version: after the UK and US version, it’s Australia’s turn to offer its version of the cult office comedy. Finally, one of the events of the month also remains the release of the French series Worshipwhich goes behind the scenes of the creation of Loft Story, on October 18. Prime Video made a splash a few years ago on flagship sports programs by capturing the broadcast of several Roland Garros matches or major events on the calendar. The streaming platform also offers access to 306 Ligue 1 matches through a subscription to Dazn, via Prime Video Channel. In addition to your subscription, it costs 29.99 euros per month (12-month commitment) or 39.99 euros per month (without commitment).
Since August 2021, Ligue 1 has been offered in a new subscription called Amazon Prime Ligue 1 in which fans of the French championship will be able to discover 80% of Ligue 1 matches for each day of the tournament. Prime Video offers the Max streaming platform through its Prime Video Channels service. In a press release, Amazon announced that Warner pass subscribers will automatically have access to the entire catalog of the new site (and in particular HBO series) at no additional cost from June 11. For others, two offers are available to access Max via Prime Video: the Max Basic offer at 5.99 euros per month and Max Standard without advertising at 9.99 euros per month, with the possibility of adding offers Eurosport for 5 euros per month.
