The survivor’s guide is to help relatives after a death

It is welcomed by the association SAMS, Cooperation for people in grief. In a report, their members have highlighted several shortcomings and elements that are difficult in contact with authorities after someone has died.

– It surprised us that there were so many who got hurt, says vice-chair Anna-Lena Törnell outside Falun to SVT Dalarna.

Compilation from several authorities

The Survivor’s Guide has been produced by the Swedish Tax Agency, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and the Swedish Pensions Agency. In the video clip, the Pension Authority’s communicator explains what is in the guide.

– It provides guidance for a longer period of time, says Katharina Hultberg at the Swedish Pensions Authority.
