It is not unusual to see bottles with celebrities’ faces on them when you step into Systembolaget. Celebrity wines have become a sales success and it doesn’t take long before they sell out.

Today, celebrities in all sorts of industries sell their own wine. News24 has gathered Melodifestivalen winners, chefs, detectives and TV profiles, who sell wine at Systembolaget, to see who sells the most expensive wine.

15 Swedish celebrity wines

Nyheter24 has found out the price of 15 popular celebrities’ wines, but information from The system company. They have been divided into sparkling, red and white wine.

Five celebrities who have made sparkling wines:

    On the list, Linda Bengtzing’s and Magnus Carlsson’s wines stand out and that’s because these are champagne, each of Bengtzing’s is slightly more expensive.

    Champagne must be produced in the French wine region called Champagne in order to take part in the name. The type of wine is usually more expensive because of its origin, writes Wine smart.

    But Linda Bengtzing’s champagne at SEK 399 is not dangerously expensive, depending on what you compare it to. Anyone with two million kroner to spare can treat themselves to a bottle of Goût Américain from 1907 Heidsieck & Co Monopole, which is the world’s most expensive champagne, according to Vin smart.
