Utrecht – A 22-year-old driver from Utrecht who killed a pedestrian near the Overvecht shopping centre on 8 April last year was driving much too fast. This is evident from forensic research. The Public Prosecution Service is demanding a community service order of 240 hours and a one-year driving ban, of which three months are conditional.
