You can still pre-order the new EA Sports FC 25 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. MeinMMO explains the differences between the various pre-order editions and gives you information about all the prices and benefits.

When will EA Sports FC 25 be released? The official release of FC 25 is September 27, 2024. It will be released for PC (Steam, Epic, EA App), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5 and Nintendo Switch.

Early Access started on Friday, September 20, 2024.

Which editions are available? You can choose between the cheaper Standard Edition for at least €70 and the Ultimate Edition with some pre-order bonuses for at least €100 on the common platforms (PC, Playstation, Xbox). If you pre-order the Ultimate Edition, you can also play 7 days earlier, i.e. from September 20th.

Ultimate Edition offers additional pre-order bonuses

What does the EA Sports FC 25 Standard Edition offer? If you pre-order the Standard Edition, you will receive the following pre-order bonuses:

    • What are the benefits of the Ultimate Edition for FC 25? If you pre-order the Ultimate Edition, you will receive additional pre-order bonuses in addition to the contents of the Standard Edition:

  • 7 days early access
  • 4,600 FC Points
  • Professional Evolution Slot
  • Early Access Rush Bonuses in Football Ultimate Team and Clubs (formerly Pro Clubs)
  • 3 additional icons in career mode: David Beckham, Zinédine Zidane, Ronaldo

    • Anyone who pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition by August 20, 2024 will receive one of the 13 new Heroes for Ultimate Team, which will be upgraded to the Prime version in November.

    Is the Ultimate Edition worth it? Basically, the Ultimate Edition is actually more interesting for UT players, because that’s what most of the additional bonuses are aimed at.

    Overall, the biggest advantage of the Ultimate Edition is probably the Early Access. So if you want to get an advantage in Ultimate Team by earning early rewards, then the Ultimate Edition is the only way to do that.

    If you can wait a bit and don’t just want to play Ultimate Team, but also value the career mode or clubs, then the standard edition should be sufficient for you.
