Little is known about the man from Amersfoort who stabbed two people at the Erasmus Bridge last night, one of whom died. Eyewitnesses heard the man shout “Allahoe akbar”, but according to Prime Minister Dick Schoof and Minister of Justice David van Weel, that does not mean he had a terrorist motive. “There is nothing to say about that yet”, says Schoof.
