Utrecht – The priority square on ‘t Goylaan should not have been built at all, that is the striking opinion of the Christian Union in the Utrecht city council. That party is part of the coalition, and up until now it has supported the traffic policy through thick and thin. Other parties are also critical of the experimental ‘city boulevard’, but their criticism is not new.
