An SAS flight from Oslo to Malaga was forced to make an emergency landing in Copenhagen.

But there was nothing wrong with the aircraft.

The reason for the sudden stop was instead a small mouse that jumped out of a food package.

    This is reported by NRK.

Passenger Jarle Børrestad witnessed the mouse drama.

He tells NRK that no one panicked, which he thought would happen when the small animal entered the cabin.

The UN General Assembly today adopted a resolution demanding that Israel end its occupation of Palestinian territories within twelve months.

A large majority, 124 countries, voted in favor. 14 voted against and 43 countries abstained – including Sweden.

“Sweden, together with a group of like-minded people, abstained from the adoption of the resolution”. writes Foreign Minister Maria Malmer Stenergard (M) in a comment to Aftonbladet.

The International Court of Justice in The Hague has already ruled that Israel’s settlements violate international law. Something that Malmer Stenergard believes coincides with the EU’s policy.

“However, the resolution goes beyond the court’s statement. Among other things, it contains demands for Israeli withdrawal from occupied territory within twelve months – we believe that time limit creates problems for a negotiated two-state solution, writes Malmer Stenergard.

“We would have preferred that more time had been given to discuss how a follow-up to the court’s opinion can best contribute to the goal of a negotiated two-state solution,” she continues.
