(Finance) – In the context of thepublic purchase and exchange offer (OPAS) promoted by Fnac Darty and Ruby Equity Investment on Unieuroa company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the distribution of consumer electronics and household appliances in Italy, it appears that today 17 September 2024 5,830 membership requests were submitted.
Therefore, overall the requests for membership are at 270,213, equal to 1.35% of the offer and equal to 1.35% of the possible maximum 19,944,793 shares subject to the offer in the event of the exercise of stock options.
The offer started on September 2, 2024 and will end on October 25, 2024.
