(Finance) – OVS has communicated that it has purchasedfrom 31 March to 6 April 2022, overall 530,000 ordinary shares (equal to 0.182% of the share capital) at the average unit price of 1.9533 euros, for a countervalue equal to 1,035,254.80 euros.
These transactions were carried out as part of the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of May 28, 2021.
Following the transactions carried out to date, OVS holds a total of 3,007,154 treasury shares in its portfolio, equal to 1.0337% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, in Milan, the performance of the clothing leader in Italy with prices aligned at 1,855 euros.
