KuPS beat VPS 3-1 in the evening match of the men’s football league and secured their position at the top of the upper league.
On Saturday, KuPS secured their position at the top of the upper league with a 3–1 win over Vaasa Palloseura.
They were responsible for the goals from Kuopio Saku Savolainen, Ousmane Diawara and Lucas Rangel. Made by the only VPS Samu Alanko.
