    The ZDF series is about the fictional Swedish city of Concordia. It is considered a utopia that has become reality.     Concordia was produced by Frank Doelger, a producer of The Swarm, and directed by Barbara Eder, who also has experience with The Swarm. Nicholas Racz, Mike Walden and Isla van Tricht wrote the series.
