In Helldivers 2, Arrowhead Game Studios responds to player feedback and brings numerous improvements to the game. One of the most important changes concerns the popular SG-225 Breaker shotgun, which now returns to its original strength.
Which weapon is it? It’s about the once popular SG-225 Breaker shotgun in Helldivers 2, which is appreciated by many players due to its versatility in various combat situations. At launch, the weapon was particularly known for its ability to hit accurately at long distances as well as cause massive damage in close combat.
However, after launch, the weapon was changed, making it weaker overall. Now the shotgun is back to being as strong as it was at the start.
Studio responds to player feedback
What has changed? As part of Arrowhead Game Studios’ 60-Day Plan, the Breaker shotgun has been buffed and reverted to its original release version. On X, the developers share that the magazine capacity has been expanded to 16 rounds and the stagger power used to interrupt enemies has been increased from 10 to 15.
The studio previously announced on Reddit, among other places, that they were taking player feedback seriously and had therefore created this plan to implement a lot of feedback. The change to the shotgun has been very well received by the community so far.
