(Telestock) – Recordedas part of its share purchase program, has announced that it has purchasedfrom 4 to 6 September 2024, overall 80,680 treasury sharesat the weighted average price of 51.7677 euros.
As of September 6, Recordati held 2,911,823 treasury shares, equal to 1.392% of the share capital.
The Company also communicated that, in partial correction of its press release issued on September 4, 2024, the number of treasury shares as of August 30, 2024 was equal to n. 2,845,334 corresponding to 1.360% of the share capital and not n. 2,840,334 corresponding to 1.358% of the share capital as previously communicated.
